What is creatine?
Creatine is an organic acid which plays an important role in the process of muscle forming. Not only for the contractions of muscles creatine is of great significance but also for the nervous system and the brain.
What should be considered before the intake of creatine?
You should renounce drinks containing caffeine and alcohol because these substances could reduce the effect of creatine. Alcohol and caffeine have an dehydrating effect on the muscle but the muscle needs liquids for its growth.
We suggest to take 5g of creatine monohydrate for 4 times/day in the first 5 days. Later, you should take it 2 or 3 times/day for 4 or 6 weeks. Single doses should not exceed 5g of creatine monohydrate because the body can't convert a higher amount.
You should mix creatine powder in liquids (preferably grape juice) or take creatin capsules or pills with some juice. After conclusion of the treatment with creatin for 4 or 6 weeks, you should make a pause of 6 or 8 weeks before a new treatment is started. So it is assured that the creatine produced naturally in the body can regulate itself and does not riduce. So it can't get down to negative effects.
Important: During the treatment with creatine you should drink a lot, per gramme of creatine 0,1l liquids.
