This 4 Component protein enriched with B.C.A.A., Glutamine acid and Vitamins and is optimized to provide best possible muscle structure build up. Proteins are a basic substance for tissue mass build up and help to regenerate damage caused by muscle overloads. Proteins are split by organisms into their individual amino acids. Glutamine is the free amino acid represented most predominately in muscle cells. Numerous scientific studies point out the fact that by a Glutamine supply increase the Glutamine stocks in the muscle cells are preserved and thus loss of muscle mass is prevented. During heavy physical strain large quantities of cells are preserved and thus loss of muscle mass is prevented. During heavy physical strain large quantities of Glutamine are converted in to energy. A low Glutamine concentration obstructs protein synthesis and increases protein reduction. In addition, Glutamine just as Creatine causes an increase of muscle cell volume and makes an increase in protein synthesis possible.
